As the Riverhawks season got underway, the pace and work schedule became inherently more frenetic, but I never thought I wasn't receiving the support I needed to succeed; on the contrary, I have never worked under tighter deadlines while also feeling confident in the work that I was doing and that if I had concerns, they would be heard and addressed accordingly. This is a work environment that others could only hope to instil.

The Riverhawks organization is first-class in terms of creating a comfortable and welcoming work environment that is concussive to putting out a good product. I have been with the team for a short amount of time but am treated as if I was there all along.
