App for Distillery District
July 2023 - August 2023
https://www.parthmevada.com/project/distillery-district

In this project, we designed an app for the Distillery District, allowing users to navigate and access information in the area. At the Distillery District, a historic spot in Toronto known for its food and events, we've connected the gap between the services and the users by offering a one-stop solution for navigation and community interaction. However, there was no dedicated app to provide a customized user experience in the region, so we aimed to address this need by creating a solution.

The app would provide
- One-stop shop
- In-app navigation
- Structured information
- Decluttered hierarchy
- Minimalist design
- Area community

We designed an app for users to
Eat. Shop. Explore. Connect.

Blackboard Mobile App
May 2023 - June 2023
https://www.parthmevada.com/project/blackboard

Humber College uses Blackboard as the bridge between faculty and students. As students, we encountered numerous challenges in getting acquainted with the application and continued to face difficulties while navigating the platform. During our research and competitor analysis, we also considered other platforms used by different schools that offer a service similar to Blackboard for the same purpose. We designed a mobile learning app for students to fully engage in the digital experience without limitations.

BBC Sounds: On The Go
March 2020 - March 2020

This project won Gold in Graphis: New Talent Annual 2020

Podcast listenership in the UK has grown exponentially in the recent past, yet only 4% of listeners listen to podcasts while commuting. Why is this happening? The answer to that question is simple. Podcasts are conversational, and listeners often miss out on crucial information because their commute ends before the podcast.

But what if we can avoid the unnecessary chit-chat and at the same time make sure your podcast ends by the time you arrive at your destination?

A new feature in the BBC Sounds app uses a specially designed algorithm, which filters out unnecessary content from podcasts while keeping the necessary bits intact. Giving listeners curated podcasts that are precisely timed to their commute.
