Advanced Accounting for Non-Profit Organizations

Looking to elevate your organization, and bring it to the next level? Bring on learners from Roanoke College to be your learner-consultants, in a project-based experience. Learners will work on one main project over the experience of the semester, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools. Learners in this program/experience will learn accounting for mergers and acquisitions – often referred to as consolidation accounting. The remaining 8 weeks covers a variety of topics including international accounting, partnerships, state and local governments, and nonprofit entities. Learners will focus on non-profit organizations for this specific project.
