With over 25 years of experience in marketing and entrepreneurship, I've been fortunate to wear many hats, from being a designer, marketing expert, account manager, strategy officer, business owner, podcast host, a business mentor to young entrepreneurs, to being an ADHD Activist. These roles have given me a deep understanding of the challenges faced by entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey, from the inception of a startup to long-term growth.
As the founder of Vantage Studios, I have had the privilege of leading the company for more than two decades, I have been lucky enough to achieve remarkable results for our clients using innovative marketing strategies. Beyond marketing, I dared to explore other avenues, such as retail and hospitality. I've left a lasting impact through successful ventures like Print Shop by Vantage, Made Here, The Good Will Social Club, and A Little Pizza Heaven. These endeavours have paved the way for me to build resources aimed at empowering entrepreneurs with neurodevelopmental disorders and helping them thrive in the business world.
JoinKonekt has a bigger vision beyond the initial business model. This project embodies my passion for empowering and mentoring the next generation of entrepreneurs. Through JoinKonekt, I aim to create a unique and inclusive youth entrepreneurship program that focuses on young individuals discover their entrepreneurial mindset and also assist those with neurodivergent disorders like ADHD and Autism. It is my sincere belief that by nurturing their talents, providing them with the right support and educating non-neurodivergent youth and adults, we can unleash the full potential of these extraordinary individuals and help them achieve their dreams.
Throughout my career, I've been driven by a vision of a world where entrepreneurs of all backgrounds have the opportunity to succeed. My work as an expert in marketing and entrepreneurship has been guided by this vision, and I am committed to making a positive impact on the lives of others. With JoinKonekt and other initiatives, I strive to create an environment where every entrepreneur, regardless of their neurodevelopmental profile, can thrive and make their mark in the world.

This environment nurtures informal interactions, relaxation, and creativity, enhancing a community atmosphere that drives innovation and collaboration.At POP, we embrace this concept, providing a platform for fun experiences, innovative workshops, and networking opportunities in a playful yet professional setting. Our services include podcast management and mentorship, supporting both personal and professional growth. Beyond a conventional workspace, POP is a dynamic arena where creativity, relationships, and entrepreneurial spirit thrive in a community-centric atmosphere.Pop Retail also presents a unique opportunity for artisans and makers to display and design their work, reflecting their personal brand and style in our engaging space.We need to update an existing web flow website adding new pages, a membership section and a small e-commerce section.
