The project also provides our team members with great opportunities to apply recruitment and selection knowlege in the organizaiton. Skills of critical thinking and problem solving are enhanced in a workplace scenario.

Our student teams developed multiple HRM policies, researching Alberta regulations and industry best practices. They also developed an HR plan and job description to support this growing practice. Priscilla's clear direction, feedback and responsiveness throughout resulted in students being very engaged with learning and applying practical HR management!
