Bio

I grew up with an incredibly hard-working mom who did everything for me. This gave me a lot of freedom in the past, but also made me very complacent. I didn’t get my first official job until I was 20-21 years old, but because of that freedom, I learned and taught myself whatever I wanted, computers, hardware, software, you name it. This was when I realized how valuable both my skills and my self-improvement mindset can be.

Going through various job roles, I realized the realities of business, how people operate and communicate day-to-day, and the habits of people and what they’re willing and unwilling to change in certain situations.

I began to network with business owners and grow my perspective. In my last job, I gave 3 months notice and a thank-you email to every staff I met, including the COO, sharing something I learned from them.

Now, I'm working on my passion, and it is so persistently interesting and exciting that no matter how much I do, I'm already planning far beyond...

Effective Communication Awareness Campaign

Our company, Ugeddit, is about helping people be heard and feel connected. We would like to work with students to design a campaign that increase awareness of effective and helpful social, people, and communication skills. In collaboration with Ugeddit's CEO, and willing community volunteers, students will design and carry out a campaign strategy around bringing awareness to the problems caused by ineffective communication, and the benefits of using a communication skillset we created, based on cognitive science, called CNC (Core Needs Communication). This project will involve several steps, including:  1. Familiarizing yourself with the purpose we're serving, and our company mission & goals  2. Deciding the campaign's ideal outcome and high-level roadmap (which will include steps like "Research ideal groups & individuals to target", and others)  3. Deciding KPIs (key performance indicators) to measure the success of our overall campaign  4. Defining roles which can focus on achieving specific parts of our roadmap, which will be defined as "internal roles"  5. Identifying potential sponsors, partners, and others who could help support our completion and/or success of our campaign, which will be defined as "external roles"  6. Deciding which roles you and other students want to focus on fulfilling, to achieve our ideal outcomeBonus steps would include:  - Completing our roadmap steps beyond the planning phase, such as     - Reaching out to identified ideal groups and individuals     - And further steps we had chosen together
