Educational Content Strategy: Webinars and Resource Hub for Students
As part of its mission to educate international students on immigration pathways, the platform plans to develop a content library. This project invites students to help shape an effective content strategy, including webinar topics, downloadable resources, and blog content. The objective is to inform and empower international students on how to find sponsors and understand the green card process.

UX and Usability Audit for Live Immigration Portals
This project aims to improve the user experience of two interconnected portals: one for employers and one for students. Students will conduct usability testing, review workflows, and identify areas of friction or confusion. The ultimate goal is to enhance user navigation, increase engagement, and inform the next round of platform improvements.

Social Media Strategy for Student and Employer Engagement
To raise awareness and drive engagement on the Live Immigration platform, this project will help craft a targeted social media strategy. The goal is to increase student sign-ups and encourage U.S. businesses to post job opportunities. Students will analyze platform positioning, competitor presence, and audience behavior to create engaging content calendars and campaign suggestions.

U.S. Industry Analysis: Identifying Sectors with High Sponsorship Potential for International Students
This project focuses on identifying U.S. industries that are experiencing labor shortages and may be more likely to sponsor international student workers for employment-based immigration. Students will use public data, job board trends, and economic reports to evaluate which sectors—such as food services, manufacturing, or retail—demonstrate consistent hiring gaps. The final goal is to produce a sector-specific report that can guide targeted outreach to businesses in one key industry.

International Student Job Connection Platform
LiveImmigration aims to facilitate connections between U.S. businesses and international students seeking employment and sponsorship for U.S. permanent resident status. The project involves launching and promoting a free online service that serves three main user groups: U.S. businesses, international students, and self-employed recruiters. The platform will enable U.S. businesses to post job listings specifically targeting international students at universities across the country. It will also allow international students to search for job opportunities and potential sponsors for U.S. green cards. Additionally, the platform will provide a space for self-employed recruiters to establish and manage their own business, linking American businesses with international students. The goal is to create a user-friendly, efficient, and secure platform that meets the needs of all stakeholders involved.
