Our company helps business owners attract, engage, nurture, and retain top performers through innovative HR solutions. We hope to revamp our email marketing to attract more customers. We would like to work with students to design a new email marketing campaign for our company. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our companyโs products, email marketing campaign goals and target market. Identifying types of emails and content that our company should send out such as welcome emails, newsletters, and re-engagement emails. Researching factors affecting the effectiveness of email marketing such as when emails are sent and making recommendations. Identifying metrics to monitor throughout the campaign. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Identifying ways to personalize emails for customers based on market segmentation.

Cold Calling Strategy Implementation for Mo-Dynamics
The main goal for the project is to create and implement a tailored cold calling strategy for Mo-Dynamics, a HR Consulting company, targeting US and Canadian companies. The strategy should be designed to align with the company's values and mission, and to effectively engage and nurture potential clients. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Conducting market research to understand the needs and pain points of US and Canadian companies in the HR consulting space. - Developing a tailored cold calling script and strategy that aligns with Mo-Dynamics' design-thinking principles and values-driven approach. - Creating a plan for tracking and measuring the success of the cold calling strategy. - Collaborating with Mo-Dynamics team to ensure the strategy is cohesive and positively impactful.
PHASE 3: Sales Process Optimization
This project is meant for students who have previously completed Phase 2 with Mo-Dynamics, and those students will be given priority. Our company is hoping to improve our sales process to improve our ROI and overall operations. In this project, students will evaluate our current sales process, determine bottlenecks, and create recommendations as well as new training materials. Based on research and best practices you will develop new scripts for our sales staff to use to improve the quality and quantity of leads generated and increase the conversion rate. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Evaluating our current sales process by speaking with sales representatives and examining our handbook and protocols. Researching industry sales processes and lead generation strategies. Create recommendations that will improve our leads and conversion rate. Writing new sales scripts for both phone calls and emails. Creating an updated sales process handbook.
