Steve is an HR professional with 15+ years of human capital management experience. His journey spans many areas of HR but his passion lies within talent acquisition. Steve began his career at Willis Towers Watson where he built his foundation in HR Technology. He then moved on to IBM where as an applicant tracking system consultant, he quickly learned how vital it is for organizations to hire and retain the best talent. The core principle that Velocity is built on is helping organizations find the best talent by optimizing their recruitment software. Steve attended Penn State University and is an avid Penn State sports fan.
