This project aims to provide learners with practical experience in digital project coordination and revenue management within the construction industry, specifically focusing on hotel construction. The team will work on developing a prototype website for a hypothetical hotel construction project, simulating real-world scenarios. They will also engage in project management tasks, such as creating a construction timeline and resource allocation plan. Additionally, learners will analyze financial data to develop revenue management strategies tailored to the hospitality industry. This project will allow students to apply their classroom knowledge in web development, project management, and financial analysis to a cohesive, industry-relevant task. The goal is to enhance their understanding of the construction lifecycle and financial performance in the context of hotel development.

Financial Recordkeeping and Reporting Enhancement Project
This project aims to enhance the financial recordkeeping and reporting processes at Build AZ by leveraging the skills and knowledge of accounting students from ASU’s W. P. Carey School of Business. The primary goal is to assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, support monthly reconciliations, and contribute to the preparation of internal reports and financial summaries. Students will collaborate with team members on budgeting and forecasting projects, ensuring data accuracy and identifying opportunities for process improvements. The project provides an opportunity for learners to gain hands-on experience with accounting software and best practices, applying their classroom knowledge in a real-world setting. By the end of the project, students will have a deeper understanding of financial operations within a business context.
