Website UI / UX Design & Prototype
Our company would like to explore re-designing our current website with a prototype. We are always on the lookout for innovative and fresh UI and UX ideas that will help our users. This will involve: Conducting background research on our existing web application for the product. We are happy to provide a walkthrough and other resources to help bring them up to speed. Identifying key areas of our current website and what areas of focused might return the best results in a redesign. Learning and using various software design tools. We strongly recommend students learn how to use Figma as this is the latest and greatest tool currently available. Creation of a screen by screen UX / UI prototype of a web application which can be used on all major browsers and be mobile friendly Conducting UX / UI testing with real potential users potentially involving paper prototypes or other software tools to support this

Draft a product requirement document to aid the engineering team of the upcoming feature collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders/departments such as design and engineering Research industry trends to help formulate the necessary specs for feature Help translate PRD into actionable steps in roadmap
Create a Feature for Chrome Extension
The goal of this project is to create a feature for Pondr's Chrome Extension that will make it easier for users to save webpages for later and never worry about forgetting to revisit them. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Researching existing features of the Chrome Extension. - Developing a new feature for the Chrome Extension. - Testing the new feature to ensure it works properly. - Optimizing the feature for performance and assessing areas for improvement.
Competitor Analysis of Chrome Extensions for Bookmark Management
The main goal of this project is to conduct a competitor analysis of other Chrome extensions for bookmark management. This analysis should include both direct and indirect competitors, as well as competitors in the same space. Depending on the yield, we may just focus on one category first (eg: direct only). Goal is to find features and perks they offer and contrast with our current offering.
