I am an experienced project manager who worked in well established PMOs as well as startups. I mainly focused on building out new PMOs and process improvement. I worked on client facing side also managing customer success teams. I see a huge lack of emotional intelligence which is hindering the relationships with clients and internal teams. This is why AppyYo was created to understand the client and their needs and to provide them support in this digital transformation journey. AppyYo helps companies review their processes to change their reviews and become successful companies.

The main goal for this project is to provide Appy.Yo with support in writing a business plan and grant applications. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:- Researching Appy.Yo's current business strategy and goals.- Writing a comprehensive business plan that outlines the company's objectives, strategies, and financial projections.- Researching and applying for grants that are applicable to Appy.Yo's business.- Developing a budget for the grant applications.- Writing grant applications that are tailored to the specific grant requirements.
UI/UX for Poste
The main goal for the project is to improve the user experience of the Poste app, a social media platform that allows users to save posts. The focus will be on making the app more intuitive, visually appealing, and efficient for users to navigate and interact with. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:- Analyzing the current user interface and user experience of the Poste app.- Gathering user feedback and conducting user testing to identify pain points and areas for improvement.- Collaborating with the development team to implement design changes and enhancements.- Conducting usability testing to ensure the changes have a positive impact on user experience.- Iterating on the design based on feedback and testing results.
Speed Dating Website Development
The main goal for the project is to create a speed dating website for Appy.Yo, which provides small to medium businesses with the ability to join the digital world. The website should allow users to quickly connect with potential matches and facilitate efficient speed dating events. The UI/UX design is already completed, and students can use any programming language to develop the website.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:- Understanding the requirements and functionality of a speed dating website.- Developing the backend and frontend of the website to enable user registration, matching, and communication.- Implementing a secure and efficient system for handling user data and interactions.- Testing the website for usability, performance, and security.- Deploying the website to a production environment and ensuring it is ready for use.
