Competitive Market Research for a Video Email Messaging Service

viihealth has developed a personalized video email messaging service initially targeted to pharmaceutical representatives (reps). The service integrates independent video clips in a highly personalized manner, giving a tremendous rep-delivered-value experience. The reusable video content is easily managed and triggered by the rep using the same existing infrastructure as 250K reps worldwide (Veeva), and can also likely be used with another major competitor - IQVIA. The system is intelligent in that all data about access and clicks can flow to an existing infrastructure reporting engine with additional video data provided via viihealth. We would like to conduct a market research survey of the competitive landscape, and determine the uniqueness of viihealth's video email service offering, primarily as it pertains to the pharmaceutical industry, and by extension to other potentail markets.
