Our Current Challenge: Our team is looking for a finance student. This is an excellent opportunity for a student to work on real-world finance projects, and to develop skills in operations, capital markets, financial modeling, finance, and strategic analysis. An excellent opportunity for a team of students as a collaborative project for real-world sales and marketing. This opportunity will allow students to develop and include operations and presentations as first-level Wellness Ambassadors implementing our customized enterprising wellness platform to universities and colleges globally. Project Scope: Identifying potential institutions to recruit from and how to market our platform to become part of the institution's wellness programs. Student deliverables : Identify post-secondary institutions across Canada, USA (review their student wellness offerings, possibly connect with HR departments, student services to gauge interest) Create and conduct student surveys to determine student wellness services needed Assess demographics of the target market Determine the most effective way to communicate this opportunity to the institutions Determine the most effective way to communicate this opportunity to students at the institutions Build a timeline for connecting and engaging with each institution for onboarding our platform for students to download, and use the WellnessWrx apps. Develop a communication channel and strategy for working with each institution to create a WellnessWrx Ambassadorship Program for interested and wellness-minded students on each campus. In Addition - This project may include, but is not limited to: Identifying potential institutions to recruit from and how to market to ambassadors. Building a timeline for connecting with, engaging, and creating student ambassadors on each individual campuses Develop a communication channel and strategy for working with campus ambassadors for the duration of their ambassadorship Develop an honorarium plan to engage students, including branding material, branding wearables, and payment for the duration of the ambassadorship The final deliverable is to launch this project to Universities and Colleges, find Student Ambassadors to engage them as a voice on campus to help WellnessWrx bring a full scope of holistic wellness options for the well-being of each student. Strategic Internal Marketing & Graphics Plan

To become the leading proactive corporate wellness platform by connecting employees to everything wellness. To achieve this, we need assistance in developing an internal communication, graphics, and marketing template to use with our CRM as we onboard our corporate clients. This includes, but is not limited to, branding, graphics, and marketing copy. We would like to equip our customer support team with a plan that offers them the CRM campaign template for simple applications during the client onboarding process. This would include securing the new client, the welcome message, and several follow-up communications to complete the launch and elicit employee engagement to use our platform for all wellness needs. This will include, but not be limited to, the welcome communication to HR on how our program works, next steps, motivating employees to use their extended health care benefits in conjunction with our platform, using wellness resources and educating employees about their options, and reaching out with compelling messages. We would like you to create a simple, step-by-step strategy, from inception to creation and implementation, to the launch of this internal communication plan. WellnessWrx is the wellness platform for the corporate world! Connecting their team to everything Wellness. This project may include, but is not limited to: Creating a template to engage employees to use our website and App as their go-to source for wellness. Building a customizable internal communication, content, and graphics template The final project deliverable is a marketing and graphic design template that can be used internally by our sales and customer service team. It should assist our customer service team in successfully communicating internally with our clients (HR or Operations Manager) for them to communicate, and engage their employees with motivation, incentivization, and engagement to use our product and services on a regular basis.
