Bridging the Gap: Rural Homelessness Data and Advocacy
The main goal of this project is to develop an advocacy plan for collecting and utilizing rural-specific homelessness data. This involves researching, reviewing policies, and creating case studies to highlight the importance of accurate data collection in rural, remote, and Indigenous communities. The ultimate aim is to secure funding and support from foundations, government, and municipalities to address the unique challenges of rural homelessness and ensure these communities receive the necessary resources and attention.

Cross-Border Market Analysis
CleanO2 is the first company to turn carbon dioxide emissions into natural soap. We started in Calgary Alberta, and have since expanded to deploy CarbinX units across Canada, the United States and Japan. We’ve partnered with some of the country's largest companies who are committed to reducing carbon dioxide emissions and are eager to expand into other global markets! Our incredible CarbinX machines capture carbon dioxide from building heating systems — including boilers, water heaters and furnaces — that use natural gas. Once installed, a typical CarbinX unit will have the same carbon-reducing impact as 300 trees! As we expand our international reach, we are looking to better understand the market-entry strategy for other countries. We are currently prioritizing expansion into: Europe (students could help narrow down the best entry-point country). Australia. South Korea. Thaliand. Middle East. South America. Considering our CabinX machines capture carbon from buidling heating systems, market entry is easier in coutnries with a centralized heat platform. There may be additional countries outside of our list that could be targeted for entry based on the structure of their heating infrastructure.
