AEACGi Consulting aims to assist local small and medium businesses (SMBs) in understanding their current challenges and future aspirations. This project involves creating a SaaS product that has AI engine to calculate the productivity factor in $ value and optimize the decision making of organizations that intends to hire their workforce. An example would be hiring a sales team and this tool will help determine the estimated value of each employee that they bring revenue on weekly basis with 95% confidence limits, subject to the strength of the model. This project will provide learners with an opportunity to apply their knowledge of business analysis, s/w development, s/w engineering, s/w architecture, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning in a real-world context. Key tasks include: - Creating an architecture of the SaaS model - Translate the requirements into BRD. - Decompose the requirements into individual working modules. - Create AI models that predict the behavior of future workforce. - Test the models with 95% confidence limits. - Create low level documentation and make the system low code development.

B2B Market Entry for SMB
This project focuses on creating strategy for penetrating in the Canadian, USA and UAE market for management consulting firm targeting SMB (Small and Medium Businesses). Students will gain hands-on experience in reaching out to potential businesses and identify their pain points that can be solved by the industry experts. Students will gain hands-on experience in creating value propositions, identifying market obstacles, and crafting actionable recommendations, all while honing their communication and problem-solving skills.
