Hi I'm Jennie, I am a nurse and also the CEO of LUMOSX, e-commerce brand that creates joy and wonder in people's lives by transforming their space. When we were young we had big dreams to become the president, an astronaut or even a superhero. But we've been told it's not realistic, it won't pay the bills so stop dreaming. Our products are meant to remind adults of the dreams they had when they were young and for children, to empower them to never stop dreaming.
I have a passion for helping others and making a positive impact on the world. I am an human rights advocate and working to abolish human trafficking. This $150 billion dollar industry is not talked about because it is ugly, inhuman and makes people uncomfortable. Women and children are being bought and sold over and over again for profit. LUMOSX donates a portion of sales organizations that rescue trafficked victims.
In my spare time, I like to play the ukulele, go travel and go camping in beautiful British Columbia.
