party on the weekend Digital Marketing Strategy
Launch soon, the party on the weekend app allows users to log in with their Spotify or Apple Music accounts to display venues based on their music listening history. We are looking for students to help us develop a digital marketing strategy to grow and engage our target market. We’d like to know how we can maximize different channels and what will work best for us. The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following: How should we promote our company? What social media channels should we utilize? What budget is appropriate for advertising? What messaging should we use?
Website UI / UX Design & Prototype
The party on the weekend ios/android app, currently in development, allows users to find nearby bars and lounges based on their music taste. By logging into the app with your Spotify or Apple Music account, you’ll get a list of venues that play your favorite genres of music. Users get to filter to where they want to get recommendations for making the app perfect for exploring new locations, or your own neighborhood. We'd like to work with students to develop a new website to capture emails before we launch - Fall/Winter 2023. We currently have a very basic site built on squarespace, partyontheweekend.co , but we’d like to revamp it and incorporate more images and value propositions to help build excitement before launch. The main goal of the website is to capture email addresses from potential users and showcase the main features of the app. If possible, we’d love to test the website prototypes with customers and get feedback as well. We're currently on Squarespace but we’re open to going to a different platform if necessary.
