Yacht Scheduling SystemWe presently use a cloud-based system that allows our members to schedule use yachts in our fleet. A Time-Share program on boats www.nauticalmonkey.com. The present system however does not allow certain functionality that is becoming important to us. This includes the app being able to schedule crews, catering and other concierge services.We will require students to sign an NDA and IP agreement prior to starting the project. Fractional Yachting – PR campaign

This type of yacht sharing is becoming more widely accepted recently with all the sharing programs becoming available. Our Fractional Membership program has been developed after working with some of the most progressive and successful fractional providers in aviation and the recreational marine industry. Fractional Yachting is a classic case of where disruptive marketing can be harnessed. We have developed the latest program to incorporate a “Try if before you buy it” concept that has never been implemented before.For this project, students will be required to sign an NDA and potentially an IP agreement as well.

Yacht Travel Analysis

Travel AnalysisWe have a software program that is no longer being updated or supported that resides on a PC running on an older version of Windows. The program is used to calculate the real costs of executives travel for business and how it impacts the companies bottom line based on different travel venues. This is a valuable HR tool that needs to be developed into an app that is cloud based accessible by the executive traveller client by smart phone.This project will require students to sign an NDA and IP agreement.
