We would like to collaborate with students to develop a functional website and create new pages that help users navigate the site and find up-to-date information. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Identifying and researching useful web pages that can be included on our website. Creating new pages for the website, with our assistance in providing the content. Reviewing and updating old web pages to ensure consistency of information. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending potential upgrades or features that can be included in the website

The goal of this project is to develop a dynamic, intuitive, and scalable mobile and web application for UNUHR INC, designed to connect employers with job seekers efficiently. The app will feature seamless user registration, allowing prospects to create profiles, upload resumes, and showcase their skills. Advanced features such as AI-driven job matching, real-time notifications, and secure in-app messaging will enhance user engagement and streamline the hiring process. Seamless User Experience – Ensure an intuitive and user-friendly interface for both employers and job seekers, making navigation and job applications effortless. AI-Powered Job Matching – Implement an AI-driven algorithm that matches job seekers with relevant job opportunities based on their skills, experience, and preferences. Secure Profile Management – Allow job seekers to create, update, and customize their profiles with resumes, skills, certifications, and work experience while ensuring data privacy and security. Verification & Background Checks – Provide optional identity verification and background check features to ensure credibility and trust among users. Multi-Platform Accessibility – Ensure the app is available on iOS, Android, and web browsers for wider accessibility and convenience. UNUHR will then match them with employers in our database using the APP. Tasks may include: Conducting background research on our existing web application for the product. Identifying key areas of our current product and how they might translate to a mobile application. Learning and using various software design tools. We strongly recommend students learn how to use Figma as this is the latest and greatest tool currently available. Creation of a screen by screen UX / UI prototype of a native mobile application which can be used on both iOS and Android Conducting UX / UI testing with real potential users potentially involving paper prototypes or other software tools to support this
