- Collaborate with the project team to understand the software's essence, target audience, and core functionalities.
- Analyze existing documentation and user feedback to identify pain points and common user queries.
- Explore the software's interface to grasp user flows and essential features.
Outline Development:
- Work closely with the Marketing team to structure a coherent outline, ensuring it guides users seamlessly from setup to basic usage and beyond.
- Define key sections and establish a visual hierarchy that aligns with user needs and expectations.
- Consider various formats for the guide, exploring options that optimize user experience and accessibility.
Visual Design:
- Translate the outline into visually appealing layouts, integrating branding elements and intuitive navigation cues.
- Select appropriate fonts, colors, and imagery to enhance readability and comprehension.
- Create custom illustrations, diagrams, or icons to supplement textual instructions and enrich the user experience.
Review and Feedback:
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Client Success team to ensure visual elements align with written instructions and enhance clarity.
- Conduct internal reviews to identify any inconsistencies or areas for improvement in the design.
