- What is the main goal for this project?

The goal of this project is to develop a digital marketing funnel from end-to-end. The target audience is CEOs, CFOs, and PE investors of mid-market companies ($500M to $5B) who are trying to drive growth. Whether the market has shifted or they need to introduce new innovation, we help them through research, data analytics, strategy and execution to drive transformational growth. But we can only do it if they know about us.
This project starts where our audience is -- on LinkedIn -- and involves the full funnel from awareness to conversion. Students will:
- Learn strategy and tactics to reach the audience with posts
- Establish a brand presence
- Set up live virtual events (which we will lead)
- Setup CRM content to engage and convert leads
- Analyze performance data and optimize execution to drive improved results
This project will provide what no other project is likely to -- access to top training and personal coaches. To guide this work, we have purchased training from a top consulting agency in Social Selling that teaches step by step how to do it. The agency even provides personal coaching calls to answer questions. Expertise is not required, which makes this an outstanding learning project. We need digital marketing talent that can work through the training guide and create the pipeline resources.
This project is a focused digital marketing funnel that will produce actual results...not just likes and shares. The project activities include:
- Watch tutorial videos from Europe's top Social Selling agency that teach how to successfully create awareness, webinar, leads, and clients through LinkedIn and other tools.
- Utilize LinkedIn, Zoom, Calendly, CRM, and creative apps to create an end-to-end digital marketing funnel --- create LinkedIn content using the training guide, set up virtual webcasts, create emails targeted to leads, etc.
- Analyze performance data and optimize targeting and marketing execution
- Share weekly progress with company leadership.

- The social agency hosts calls 3 times/week to answer any questions. You will have access to experts and may use that as often as you need.
