OUR CURRENT CHALLENGE
COVID-19 has changed business for everyone, so is true for us. Everyday we learn new things. No matter how prepared we think we are, it might not be business as usual. Currently we are auditing, trying to bounce back and facing challenges in boosting our sales and entering into new market areas.
OUR DESIRED OUTCOME
We intend to retain sustainable growth, develop a reputation in the respective product’s market as a reliable service provider, and build on competencies through marketing efforts that would elevate company's bottom line.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

TASKS AND ACTIVITIES
You will be doing project tasks and activities in steps, starting from ground level and up. In general, you will do one or more of the following activities.
- Review current sales processes and recommend strategy.
- Review sales emails and call scripts and recommend how to maximize conversions.
- Market research and predict customer activity and increase retention.
- Customer data collection, Analysis, Review
- Develop marketing campaigns on social media.
- Educate prospects on our products and services.
HOW STUDENTS WILL WORK?
There will be goals, targets and tasks set for a project. Student will discuss, perform activities and collaborate to reach targets and meet goals.
Project requires maximum of 80 hours per week in preferably in 4 weeks time.
Student will work remotely and submit weekly progress report on time. Student will require computer, internet connection and Microsoft word, excel & power point (other equivalent applications may work) on your computer.

We will provide mentorship on an as needed basis
- What skills or technologies will help learners to complete the project?

- Good knowledge of English grammar and ability to write effective articles and posts.
- Good knowledge of graphics tools such as Photoshop, GIMP, MS Paint, Canva etc.
- Ability to communicate efficiently and professionally.
- Teamwork & ability to interact with supervisor & others within company.
- Ability to exchange thoughts and information with supervisor & others within company.
- Ability to input, access, analyze, organize, create and communicate information and ideas using computers, software, point-of-sale equipment, email, podcasts, web applications, smart phones and other digital devices.
