- Market Research (hr): Conduct market research to identify target audience and industry trends. Analyze competitor strategies and digital presence.
- Brand Identity document (hr): Guide for branded documents, primary colour, fonts, and design new logo.
- Brand Messaging (determining language, unique selling points, and ideal imagery type)
- Revise current website and work with alongside a graphic designer to implement a new revision of the website.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze user behaviour on the website and identify areas for improvement. Implement A/B testing and optimize conversion paths.

- Set up analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) to track website and campaign performance.
- Aggregate current social media engagement data to assess current base activity
- Streamline process to generate regular reports with insights and recommendations for the website and across social media platforms

Typha Co. is sustaining long-term remediation efforts for Lake Winnipeg‘s environmental crisis by repurposing run-off nutrients into horticulture products (e.g soilless grow media, soil amendments, flowerpots, etc.). Not only does the consumption of our product advance a circular system for nutrient capture initiatives, but it also displaces the use of unsustainable alternatives used by growers (notably peat moss, coco coir, & rockwool).
