- What is the main goal for this project?

Tomonotomo is the first all natural, non-alcoholic agave spirit made in Mexico. As a non-alcoholic spirit, we have the option to sell our product globally without alcohol restrictions.
With the product produced in Mexico, the founder being from Canada, and having secured pre-sales in the US, we are seeking an omni-channel digital marketing plan to reach all of North America.
We would like to collaborate with students on a digital marketing plan focused on 3 different markets (Mexico, Canada, and US) to plan and execute digital campaigns for our product launch.
This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- An in-depth market analysis on target market and how they engage on digital channels
- Presenting on market research findings
- Development of a digital marketing strategy and plan
- Reviewing marketing content in the form of posts, emails, brochures, etc.
- Deploying content according to our social media calendar to increase website traffic
- Overseeing our channels and keeping them up-to-date
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
- An ability to analyze and execute a digital plan for a potential client
- Understanding of digital marketing across al channels (email, web, social, etc)
- Best practices for digital content
- Ability to measure and report on success through reporting metrics and KPIs
- Experience with communicating with client and executing plans with team mates
Final deliverables should include
- Digital marketing plan - including detailed market research, analysis and cross-channel strategy and implementations schedule
- Brand content guidelines, including creative content samples and recommended SEO and keywords
- Reporting metrics and KPIs
