- What is the main goal for this project?

Develop a Customer Value Journey through a Strategic Digital Marketing Plan to drive online traffic, customer leads, and online sales. The plan will not only help attract prospects, but also move them through a marketing funnel to drive more sales and grow the business. By the end of the project we expect two things which we will pass on to our engineers to use as a roadmap and a guide for the implementation.
- A strategic plan for each of the 8 client journey step processes.
- A well designed process diagram for each of the 8 client journey step processes.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

The Customer Value Journey is to strategically build relationships with new prospects and convert them into loyal, repeat customers. We want to move prospects and customers seamlessly and subtly through each phase of the Customer Value Journey. To do that, we use 8 steps or phases in order to move people along the Journey.

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

We will meet with learners on a regular basis through zoom to discuss project tasks and deliverables. All communication will be through slack and or zoom. Each person involved will have access to the company's Hubspot account while they work on the project. We will use Google drive to upload, transfer, save and share files during the project.
