Project scope
What is the main goal for this project?

This project's primary goal is to conduct business development activities by prospecting sales and qualifying leads for new and existing accounts, reaching out to 20 prospects that have synergies with our business - ground charter transportation services (examples are partners in tourism/wedding/event planning/community events/schools etc.).

Have a conversation with prospects and try to sell a contract.

Develop partnerships and generate long-term B2B sales.

You will be encouraged to come up with some creative marketing strategies/methods in your action plan to reach out to prospects and have a script ready to pitch Leo Charter Services.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?
  1. Write up scripts for email marketing and other communication approaches that target Leo Charter Services' potential B2B clients and partners.
  2. Research potential leads and approach them accordingly.
  3. Reach out to min. 20 organizations/students and by the end of the stipend period, have successfully communicated with 10 prospects.
  4. Learn the daily operation and sales process to better understand how we engage with customers and partners.
How will you support learners in completing the project?

We will show the students what services we have to offer so that they can create the scripts and marketing campaign.

We will offer feedback and mock calls so that they are ready.

They will have access to our email and any tools to find leads.

We will provide task-related training and guidance during the project.

Leo Charter Services is a ground charter transportation service provider for different functions: travel and tourism, airport pick up & drop off, wedding, school/church/community events, sporting events, corporate/private functions, etc. Current operation regions: Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec.
