- What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal of this project is to ensure that on an annual basis, we have up-to-date KYC (know your client) information for all our clients. To ensure this, we perform an annual update project to request current information from clients.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

The main tasks that learners will need to complete in order to achieve the project:
- Data entry/processing - capture information from client forms and input it into spreadsheets.
- Send/Receive administrative emails with clients
- Submission of forms - upload the KYC (Know Your Client) forms completed by clients to an online portal to ensure the most up-to-date information is being captured.

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

It is important to us that our learners are set up for success. We will ensure this by making sure learners are matched with a buddy with whom they can ask questions at any time during their project.
Learners will also be thoroughly trained on the details of the project which they will be working on. In addition to training, learners will be provided with a manual to assist them with completing their duties.
- What skills or technologies will help learners to complete the project?

We are looking for someone who is proficient with word processing skills (Google Docs & Microsoft Word), and Excel. This person also needs to demonstrate exceptional written communication skills.
This project would be a great fit for someone who has a passion for FinTech and is interested in a career in the financial services sector. During your time with Nest Wealth, you'll have the opportunity to learn more about the client experience in the FinTech industry and grow in your early career.
