The primary goal is to rebuild a view of critical metrics and draw on key business insights related to subscriptions, products, and marketing. Students will utilize existing but currently inactive tools and dashboards to generate and validate fiscal year 2024 and 2025 year-to-date views of these metrics. The project offers an opportunity to apply data analysis skills to extract insights and highlight significant business and product trends. Additionally, students will work on restoring dashboards for 1–2 core metrics, updating data flows to enable ongoing tracking. This project is ideal for learners in data science or business analytics programs, providing a practical application of classroom knowledge in a real-world setting.
- A comprehensive historical view of key subscription, product, and marketing metrics for FY24 and FY25 YTD. (specific metrics to be identified)
- An analysis report highlighting key business and product trends.
- Updated and functional dashboards for 1–2 core metrics with enabled ongoing tracking.
- Documentation of the process and methodologies used for future reference and replication.
