What is the main goal for this project?

The goal of the project is to compile data, enter this data into a CRM, streamline reporting, identify trends, and help with Pathfinding Services for Yukonstruct Society. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Analyzing the existing data sources and formats used by Yukonstruct Society.


- Compiling and organizing the data into a format suitable for entry into a CRM system.


- Implementing the data into the CRM system and ensuring its accuracy and completeness.


- Developing streamlined reporting processes to extract relevant information from the CRM.


- Analyzing the data within the CRM to identify trends and patterns.


-Assist with Pathfinding Services.


What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:


- A comprehensive analysis of the existing data sources and formats.


- Organized and compiled data for entry into the CRM system.


- Successful implementation of the data into the CRM with documented accuracy and completeness.


- Streamlined reporting processes for extracting relevant information from the CRM.


- Analysis of trends and patterns within the CRM data to assist with Pathfinding Services.


-Support with Pathfinding sessions.
