The main goal for the project is to form, manage, and administer a group of investors to pool fractional investment together for partial real estate asset equity in the investment trust. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:
- Researching and understanding the real estate market and investment trust regulations.
- Developing a business plan for the investment trust, including financial projections and expense budgets.
- Creating a marketing strategy to attract potential investors to the investment trust.
- Managing and administering the group of investors, including communication and decision-making processes.
- Analyzing and assessing potential real estate assets for equity investment.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, learners should complete the following list of activities:
- Completed business plan for the investment trust, including financial projections and expense budgets.
- Developed a marketing strategy to attract potential investors.
- Managed and administered the group of investors, including communication and decision-making processes.

Final deliverables:
- A final report including the business plan, marketing strategy, and assessment of potential real estate assets.
- A 60-minute presentation explaining all research and findings from the report.
