Something we need to solve is How to Acquire Our First Employee. So far the business has just been me. However, greatness is accomplished through the Team. The 'We' mentality.
So moving forward, How can we Acquire Our First Employee?
Everything in scaling our business hinges on this one aspect!

Two paths of thought to be able to afford Employees is:
- We are potentially interested in Restructuring to an (EOT) Employee Ownership Trust.
- Continue to Develop our Cash Flow.

My support comes in as Meeting with s/he, every Day - every Week.
My plan has us successful. My intentions are to offer future employment.
The plan is to have the Human Resources person as the first employee.
So in essence, this person would be carving out the way for themselves, and future co-workers.
