To design an intuitive, user-friendly, and efficient cloud-based application that enables seamless service request submissions by clients, provides comprehensive performance analytics to the business, and facilitates a proactive approach to service delivery improvements.
Guidelines for Tasks :
User Research and Analysis:
- Conduct user research to understand the needs, pain points, and expectations of both our clients and service teams.
- Analyze competitive offerings to identify best practices and differentiation opportunities.
Design Requirements Specification:
- Collaborate with product manager to define user personas and journey maps.
- Translate user research findings into detailed design requirements.
Prototype Development:
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize the solution.
- Once high fidelity mockups are complete, create a prototype in Figma that can be used to test and validate the designs
Deliverables:
- Detailed user research report
- Wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Prototype design in Figma
