The goal is to increase brand awareness, attract more homeowners, and boost contractor engagement. The project involves designing a strategic social media marketing campaign tailored to RepairFind.ca's unique goals and audience. Students will analyze current social media trends, identify key performance indicators, and develop creative content strategies. The project will provide learners with the opportunity to apply their classroom knowledge in digital marketing, social media analytics, and content creation. By focusing on a cohesive and targeted approach, the project aims to position RepairFind.ca as a leader in the local services space.
This project will involve several key steps:
- Familiarizing themselves with RepairFind.ca’s platform, value proposition, campaign objectives, and target users (homeowners and contractors).
- Planning effective campaign content strategies for each relevant channel (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Creating engaging content such as explainer videos, testimonials, before/after repair stories, and educational posts.
- Identifying key performance metrics to monitor and optimize throughout the campaign.
The project deliverables include a comprehensive social media marketing plan, a content calendar, and a set of creative assets for various platforms. Students will also provide a report detailing the analysis of current trends and the rationale behind their strategic choices. Additionally, a presentation summarizing the campaign strategy and expected outcomes will be delivered to RepairFind Technologies Inc.
During the project, students should demonstrate:
- Selection of appropriate social media platforms for targeting homeowners and contractors
- 2 posts per week for each platform to start
- A 3-month social media content calendar with sample posts and scheduling
- 3-month content plan with posts for each platform
Providing specialized, in-depth knowledge and general industry insights for a comprehensive understanding.
Sharing knowledge in specific technical skills, techniques, methodologies required for the project.
Direct involvement in project tasks, offering guidance, and demonstrating techniques.
