Digital Move IT is seeking to enhance its lead generation and inside sales processes to boost its marketing efforts. The company aims to identify effective strategies for attracting and converting potential clients in the digital space. This project will involve analyzing current lead generation techniques, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing innovative solutions. Learners will apply their knowledge of digital marketing, data analysis, and sales strategies to develop a comprehensive plan that aligns with Digital Move IT's objectives. The project will focus on optimizing existing processes and exploring new channels for lead acquisition, ensuring that the strategies are both efficient and scalable.



- Analyze current lead generation and inside sales processes and Identify gaps and areas for improvement.


- Propose innovative solutions for attracting and converting leads, by exploring new channels for lead acquisition.


- Put the analytical plan, solutions and research findings into practice.

Deliverables

The project will culminate in a detailed report and presentation outlining the proposed lead generation strategies. Learners will provide a step-by-step implementation plan, supported by data analysis and research findings. Additionally, a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) will be recommended to measure the success of the proposed strategies.
