- What is the main goal for this project?

TrendsDecoder is a consumer trends intelligence platform that helps you understand the trends that are shaping the future of your industry. Granularity is a cutting edge AI startup based out of Toronto, Ontario that aims to bring consumer data to retail decisions.
We're going to be seeking funding in short order to help with our runway and expand development. This is a major opportunity for interested business students to support an early-stage startup with fundraising and pitching support.
The main goal of this project is to assist in fundraising and pitching asset and collateral development, strategies, and prep work. The main deliverable will include updated slide deck slides, spreadsheets, and other assets.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Learners will need to:
- Research independently into competitors, industry metrics, TAM/SAM market sizing, environmental scans, and other research projects and present information back in reports or slide decks
- Create or assist in the creation of slide deck slides to summarize and display information for both fundraising handouts and pitch meetings
- Create or assist in the creation of spreadsheets to hold financial or market data
- Join twice per week meetings with the management team

Learners will receive:
- Dedicated 1-1 sessions with the CEO of the Startup to discuss both the startup, as well as career advice and personal goals
- Performance reviews and feedback to help continuous learning
- Collaborative team environment, with twice a week team meetings with the whole team
- Asynchronous constant support via Slack
- Training on strategy or tools as needed via online learning or team learning
- What skills or technologies will help learners to complete the project?

- Independent research
