- What is the main goal for this project?

We are looking for a student to help develop blogs for our website:
We think this project will include:
- Creating a monthly blog
- Creating and soliciting materials to be published.
- Setting and enforcing deadlines.
- Making a final determination about what will be published in an issue.
- Coordinating frequency of publication.
- Overseeing all operations of a publication.
- proposing new blog content ideals for 2023 blogs
- reviewing my exsiting online blogs to get a sense of the blogs we featured in the past
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Research on and draft 12 future blogs for real estate investors target audience. I need help to draft each of those 12 blogs, one for each month for real estate investors that we want to attract to our business to invest in our business.
-Focus writing blogs about how real estate investing is:
1. smart option for investors
2. how placing capital in your particular area of concentration can yield favourable returns for them. (For example, my preference is in investing in multi-family apartment buildings or vacation rentals such as vacation condos)
3. Remember that many real estate investors may be new to real estate, so be sure to explain industry terminology and concepts thoroughly, clearly, and in plain language. For example, my key real estate investing strategy is call “BRRR” method, which stands for buy, renovate, refinance , rent and repeat…a blog on the benefits of using this strategy can be the focus of one blog.
