The main goal for the project is to create a Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy documents for Benessere North that are in line with industry standards and best practices. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:
- Researching industry standards and best practices for terms and conditions and privacy policies.
- Analyzing the specific needs and requirements of Benessere North.
- Drafting the terms and conditions and privacy policy documents.
- Reviewing and revising the documents based on feedback from stakeholders.

I will support the learner by providing what guidance I can in terms of the course and membership I offer, and whatever time is needed. I am hopeful that a law professor or other such skilled person will be able to collaborate as law is not my area of expertise.

We are a not-for-profit that helps women struggling with high blood pressure, weight issues, and many other chronic health concerns to prevent, suspend and whenever possible to reverse their chronic diseases, primarily by coaching them to alter their nutrition (whole food plant-based). We also incorporate the other healthy lifestyle pillars or habits.
Vivian Polak, MD, provides the coaching to the clients by way of a course to help them get started eating this way, as well as a women's membership for on-going expert guidance and support. We've had a few people volunteer from time to time to help get the message and assistance out to the public - with video editing, website design and other IT support.
