What is the main goal for this project?: The main goal for the project is to redesign the UX/UI of the e-commerce website for Recover Vibe Inc. The aim is to bring a newer look while considering the customer journey and increasing the conversion rate. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Analyzing the current website's user interface and user experience.

- Researching customer behavior and preferences in e-commerce.

- Creating wireframes and mockups for the new website design.

- Implementing the new design and testing for usability and conversion rate improvements.

- Gathering and analyzing data on the impact of the redesign on customer journey and conversion rate.
What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?: By the end of the project, students should complete the following tasks:

- Analysis of the current website's UX/UI and customer journey.

- Research report on customer behavior and preferences in e-commerce.

- Wireframes and mockups for the new website design.

- Implementation of the new design on the website.
