Project activities may include, but are not limited to:
- Examining the various sources of financing to an organisation, including bank financing, bonds, equity, and treasury markets.
- Estimating the cost of capital and analysing the trade-offs between debt and equity in the capital structure.
- Sourcing debt and or equity for various opportunities [ some upcoming mandates are below]

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

They will have complete access to senior management and will be mentored during the course. They must understand and respect firewalls between originations and executions.
They will be trained on how to use the tools.
- What skills or technologies will help learners to complete the project?

Must have access to Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Bloomberg, Pitchbook, CapIQ, Privco etc
They must have significant research skills as well as writing skills. They may be needed to speak with clients
The will be guided on how to use the tools and meet with management as often as necessary
