General Purpose:

As an Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and organization of our work processes. This role involves developing a comprehensive daily plan, utilizing Google-based tools, and organizing legacy files to enhance overall productivity.

• Develop a structured daily plan to organize and manage work activities efficiently.
• Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Utilize Google tools such as Google docs and Excel Sheets to streamline communication, collaboration, and documentation processes.
• Organize and manage legacy files, ensuring easy accessibility and retrieval of information.
• Implement a systematic filing system to categorize and archive files for future reference.
• By the end of the internship, interns will be required to submit final report that includes a summary of the tasks performed and the things they have learned throughout the task completed
