What is the main goal for this project?

To broaden the reach of our free coaching programme, Level Up.


Know You More is a socially-driven global coaching provider and platform. We combine a

community of professionally accredited coaches, and the latest technology to deliver digital

coaching to clients in the private, public and third sectors.

We offer an inclusive growth model for all organisations, enabling them to create a space for

individuals and groups to develop skills, make confident career transitions, improve their

performance and wellbeing. For every client we work with, we commit to dedicating our own

resources and expertise to help young people across the world thrive. We do this through our

social reinvestment initiatives, Level Up and Build Up.

What is Level Up?

Level Up is a free Personal Leadership Programme aimed to empower young adults (aged

18-25) from all backgrounds through coaching. Level Up is a strengths based programme

that has been designed to help young adults understand themselves and their strengths,

acquiring new life skills and a greater ability to confidently navigate early adulthood.

Current branding

Level Up and Build Up are sub-brands referring to the social reinvestment initiatives carried

out by KYM, which remains the overarching brand. The following branding assets should be

kept in mind when thinking of repositioning any of the sub-brands.


We are also open to considering other branding elements in line with our current Level Up branding:

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

  • Research and understand the 18-25 audience to identify ways of repositioning this social reinvestment initiative, building a stronger connection with the target audience and realign the message accordingly, including a new brand name. Findings and next steps should be presented as a Google Slides/PowerPoint/Keynote presentation.
  • Graphics and visuals to support with marketing Level Up and helpful coaching tools graphics, as per the upload of examples below, this will also be used to share with our collaborative partners.
  • Create posting schedule to support the content created.
  • Identification of types of campaign content to create
  • Identification of metrics to monitor the campaign’s success

Bonus steps would include:

  • Recommendations to reach more groups
  • Recommendations of collaborative partners / organisations for Level Up to connect with to support with more sign ups

Final deliverables should include

  • Minimum of 10-20 posts re: Graphics and visuals to support with marketing Level Up and helpful coaching tools graphics, as per the upload of examples below, this will also be used to share with our collaborative partners.

2 What are the most effective ways to reach the 18-25 age group?

3 What are the themes that most resonate with this age group?

4 What are the challenges and fears this age group experiences in relation to

career and personal development?

5 How does this age group feel about coaching?

How will you support learners in completing the project?

Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:

  • Our current products and social media marketing
  • Our customer and industry insights
  • Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter.


Students will also be invited to sign up for their 3x1 hour free coaching programme on receipt of connecting with us via email.
