Project scope

What is the main goal for this project?: Positions available: 1 team of 2 persons
Our company is seeking someone that can help us with our data analytics work. Your work will involve multiple aspects of our websites and software where we collect data and we need to improve the visualization of that data for users. We also need KPIs derived from that data to improve performance.
This project involves taking an existing data dashboard and coming up with the ways in which we can present data to the user as well as showcasing what is working for them, what isn't working for them, and learning from their data on how they can improve their business.
What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?: Students will need to help the CEO with researching the types of dashboards we can create short term as well as helping with the redesign of the existing dashboard.
