- The primary goal for the project is to develop a comprehensive digital marketing plan for Mimico Physiotherapy and Chiropractic Clinic's Mimico location.
- This plan should primarily include following components-situation analysis, digital marketing strategy, tactics, web analytics, and evaluation and control of the digital marketing plan.
- The outcome is to give the clinical owners an insight about their current status in the digital market, the potential areas of development to improve the online leads and an action plan to fill the gaps and optimize their online presence and to stand out from their competitors.

- Complete audits on the business' current website analytics, SEO, and social media presence.
- Develop a digital marketing strategy and tactics, including SEO plan, PPC campaign plan, e-mail marketing plan, social media marketing campaign plan, and content calendar.
- Create a detailed report (Digital Marketing Plan) including research, analysis, insights, and recommendations.
- Submit a pdf slide deck summarizing key findings and recommendations to share with the clinic's employees.
- Briefly summarize their findings and area of recommendations
Final deliverables:
