- What is the main goal for this project?

To develop and implement enhanced support mechanisms for cooperatives operating through CoQuest, Implementing strategies aimed at improving governance, member engagement, and operational efficiency, while fostering transparency and accountability.

This proposal will lead to stronger support systems for cooperatives on CoQuest
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

1. Governance Structure Review: Examine the governance structures of existing cooperatives on the platform to identify improvement areas.
2. Member Engagement Strategies: Develop strategies to improve member communication, participation, and satisfaction.
3. Support Tools Enhancement: Upgrade and introduce new tools for better cooperative management and engagement.
4. Pilot Implementation: Implement these enhancements in select cooperatives and monitor the effects.
5. Adjustment and Roll-out: Refine the tools and strategies based on pilot results and roll out to the broader cooperative community on CoQuest.
