- What is the main goal for this project?

MyRide901 is vehicle management app currently targeting the B2C market. We want to leverage the success of the B2C app to enter the B2B/SAAS market. As a first step, we need to investigate opportunities within the B2B automotive management industry, and develop a entrance strategy.
The objective of this project is to investigate and develop a strategy for MyRide901 to enter the B2B/SAAS market by:
· Conducting market research to analyzing the B2B automotive management industry and identify key players, market size, and growth potential while understanding the needs, pain points, and expectations of B2B customers;
· Developing a tailored B2B business model canvas for MyRide90l that outlines key components such as value proposition, customer segments, channels, revenue streams, and partnerships;
· Identifying specific B2B customer segments (e.g., automotive dealerships, rental companies) to understand the unique needs and preferences of each segment;
· Determining competitive and profitable pricing strategies for MyRide901 B2B services;
· Developing a Go-to-Market Strategy that includes a clear plan for entering the B2B market; an outline of target regions, industries, and customer segments; sales channels and strategies to reach B2B customers; and an approach for B2B customer acquisition, onboarding, and support; and
· Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring success in B2B sales such as customer acquisition costs, customer lifetime value, and conversion rates.
