Project scope
What is the main goal for this project?

Overview = Students will be helping finalize our Service Area Manager Program where investors are buying a license from Momentum 360 to build their own business while working with Momentum 360 as an indepedent operator. The investor will be paying for training, brand leverage, lead generation, and SOPs.

The main goal is to develop a student's understanding of a business growth plan in the real world so they can create one for themselves if they so choose to.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

On a weekly basis, a student will be required to:

  • Provide feedback and a strategic gameplan on each SAM (Service Area Manager) document
  • EX: Handbook, Code of Conduct, NDA, NPA, SAM Agreement, Onboarding Process, Etc
  • Attend Weekly 1-on-1
How will you support learners in completing the project?

We'll be providing students with real world experience in business operations and growth. Our mission is to empower students to become entrepreneurs of their own, additionally, they'll have the opporunity to become:

  • Google Premiere Partner
  • Facebook Premiere Partner
  • HubSpot Premiere Partner
  • Learn Skills such as: Search Engine Optimization, Website SEO & Design, Pay Per Click Advertising, Email Marketing, Outbound Sales & Closing, Branding, Networking, Lead Generation
