In May 2025, flightunit will launch a global initiative called flightunit World Impact Month, centring on bringing about sustainable change in 3 critical areas: self-growth & well-being, Social & Race Relations & the environment. The goal is to engage communities and stakeholders in generating sustainable solutions. This project aligns with flightunit's mission to cultivate strong leaders locally to enable progressive change globally. The goal is to develop a comprehensive awareness campaign for fWIM & promote the challenges in these areas (www.fwim.ca). The campaign should leverage digital platforms to maximize reach and engagement. Students will apply their marketing, communication strategies, and social media management knowledge to design and implement this campaign. The project will culminate in presenting the campaign strategy and expected impact.
- A detailed research report on current social challenges and leadership opportunities.
- A comprehensive digital awareness campaign plan, including content strategy and platform selection.
- A prototype of campaign materials, such as social media posts, blog articles, or videos.
- A final presentation outlining the campaign strategy, implementation plan, and anticipated outcomes.
Providing specialized, in-depth knowledge and general industry insights for a comprehensive understanding.

We use various platforms to engage students, including workshops (off & on-line), conferences, and even all-star sporting events. We are excited to continue our work of empowering a new generation of empathetic and astute thinkers.
