- What is the main goal for this project?

I am in the early stages of developing a business model for a startup that aims to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain with a gaming concept. This could potentially serve as a pivot for BEHIND THE ART and may eventually incorporate gambling elements. To further explore and validate this idea, I am seeking a dedicated student or student team to assist me with the following:
· Conduct a comprehensive analysis of AI and blockchain platforms focused on the gaming/gambling industries.
· Identify and research the most successful AI and blockchain-based gaming/gambling platforms globally, including financial analysis of their performance.
· Investigate the regulatory and compliance frameworks in regions favorable to gambling activities, as well as the necessary approvals and licensing requirements.
· Identify key growth trends and opportunities, as well as declining segments, within the gambling industry.
· Compile a business and strategy report based on the research findings.
The initial focus of analysis should be North American-based companies, but since these are early days for the industry, analysis can be expanded to include Europe and Asia.

- Analyze competitive landscape, strengths, and weaknesses of existing platforms.
Identify and research top-performing global (North America, Europe, Asia) AI and blockchain gaming/gambling platforms:
- List remarkable companies operating across regions.
- Gather financial data (revenue, profitability, funding, valuations).
- Evaluate product offerings, target markets, and unique value propositions.
- Investigate growth strategies, partnerships, and competitive advantages.
Assess regulatory landscape for gambling activities:
- Identify regions (North America, Europe, Asia) with favorable regulations and policies for gambling activities.
- Research regulatory bodies, laws, and compliance requirements for operation.
- Understand licensing processes, fees, and ongoing obligations for operation.
- Evaluate challenges, risks, and barriers to entry for compliance.
Identify industry trends, risks, and opportunities:
- Analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and emerging trends.
- Pinpoint growing and declining segments within AI/blockchain gambling.
- Evaluate risks (cybersecurity, data privacy, responsible gaming).
- Explore opportunities for innovation and untapped markets.
Develop comprehensive business and strategy report:
- Synthesize findings from previous objectives.
