Our company runs adult recreational sports leagues in 24 cities across two countries. We currently operate our business on 13 separate websites, each with its own database. To say these 13 separate websites created barriers to product discovery and organic growth would be an understatement. We are close to launching a new website with the core vision of consolidating our business operations into a single digital experience and eliminating the barriers to product discovery that exist in our legacy platform. This platform is a single page web-app, and is set to launch in a test market on March 13th, before being rolled out more widely in Q3 of 2024.

We would like to collaborate with students to help us design, ideate, and iterate on the current state of our new product. The designs will be a mobile-first modern user experience and user interface for the new consolidated digital experience.

Our vision for the core product discovery page(s) are a bi-modal

• Discoverability by postal/zip code

Other page functionality includes:

• Search and filter options to narrow results
• Customized user experience based on relevant user data (playing history, abandoned carts, etc.)
